About the System
The IGC System is a unified web-based platform developed for the Isabela Golf Club (IGC) in Baligatan, City of Ilagan, Isabela. It combines a Scoring System and a Reservation Portal into one seamless application.
Authorized scoring personnel record hole-by-hole scores during tournaments. The system automatically computes Front 9, Back 9, Gross Score, and Net Score (Gross minus Handicap), then instantly updates the live leaderboard.
Players can also book parking slots, register for tournaments, view club pricing, read announcements, and submit feedback β all from their own dashboard. Access is fully role-based: Admin, Scorer, and Player.
The Venue
Located in Baligatan, City of Ilagan, Isabela, the IGC course offers a one-of-a-kind golfing experience that sets it apart from standard grass courses.
A public, 9-hole layout with a total length of 4,936 yards and a Par of 35.
Unlike traditional grass courses, IGC features compacted sand and mineral soil greens. This makes putting fast and highly unique, presenting a specific challenge for every visitor.
The course uses shared fairways and alternating tee boxes for the front and back nine. Some holes slice through residential areas and public roads β you may tee off near parked cars or local houses.

Quick Reference
A simple guide to help players and scorers understand how the system works.
The Administrator creates a tournament, registers players, assigns their Class (A, B, or C), and inputs each player's official Handicap.
A Scorer (Person-in-Charge) is assigned by the Administrator and logs into their dedicated Scorer Dashboard.
The Scorer selects the tournament and player, then enters the number of strokes for each hole after play. Example: Hole 1 β 5 strokes β Save. The system updates totals automatically.
After each save, the system instantly computes:
β’ Front 9 β Total of Holes 1β9
β’ Back 9 β Total of Holes 10β18
β’ Gross Score β Front 9 + Back 9
β’ Net Score β Gross Score β Handicap
After all 18 holes are recorded, the Administrator finalizes the scorecard, declares winners, and generates official PDF scorecards that players can download or print.
